How to Temporarily Suspend a Card
Steps
Access the Card Page
From the wallet screen, click the "Card" icon and go to the card account page.
Select "Card" at the bottom of the screen to enter the card management page.
On the card management page, tap "Suspend"
Check the suspension details
Review the displayed details and tap "Confirm" if everything is correct.
Once you suspend, the card can no longer be used for payments or at ATMs.
Suspend Completed
The card has been temporarily suspended.
How to reactivate:
Press the "Reactivate" button on the same screen.
Press the "Reactivate" button on the same screen.
When a notification such as "Card reactivation successful" appears, the reactivation is complete.
You can now use the card again for online and in-store payments, as well as at ATMs.
Notes
- Always keep your login information secure
- After suspension, the card cannot be used
- If you suspect unauthorized use, contact support immediately after suspending the card
