How to Pay Your Annual Fee
Step-by-step instructions for paying your annual fee and reactivating your card if it has been suspended.
Steps
The annual fee is automatically deducted from your card balance. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance, your card will be suspended.
1. Please check if there is enough wallet balance for the annual fee ($50 per card).
2. Tap "Card"
3. Tap "Pay Annual Fee"
If you have multiple cards, you can swipe to select the card for which you wish to pay the annual fee.
4. Tap "Pay fee" to complete the payment and your card will become active.
