How to Order a Physical Card
Order a physical Rays Card from the portal and have it posted to the address you choose.
You can order a physical Rays Card from the portal (app.rayscard.com). The card is posted to the address you choose, and you activate it when it arrives.
How to order
1. Tap Apply for a new card on the home screen
You can also start from Create a card on your card list.
2. Choose Physical card
A physical card is a real card posted to you.
3. Choose the shipping address
Choose your residential address or your billing address as the address the card is shipped to, then tap Proceed to Payment.
4. Choose how to pay
You can pay from your wallet balance, with a credit card or with crypto. Tap a method to open it. Paying from your balance is available when your balance covers the card. If you pay with crypto, you are taken to a secure external payment service to complete the payment.
5. Your order is complete
When you see Payment Successful, your card has been ordered and will be shipped to your selected address.
When your card arrives
A physical card must be activated before you can use it. Follow How to activate your card once it arrives.
Please note
- Check that the address you choose is correct before you pay. The card is shipped to the address you select.
- Your card cannot be used until it has been activated.
- If you pay with crypto, network fees apply separately.
